  • Colin McMenemy

    General Manager

    Colin@muskokalandscapers.ca

Colin is originally from the Niagara Region but has lived in Muskoka for the last 32 years. He is one of the original seven from the launch of Muskoka Landscapers 15 years ago. His career started in the golf course construction field then made the change to landscaping when Kevin decided that he was leaving for his next adventure, starting Muskoka Landscapers. Colin started as a labor/site supervisor/operator/designer (do what needs to be done to make the business successful). Then moved to Operations Manager in 2018 and in 2021 became General Manager. He still misses the stone dust and the chaotic life of hands-on hardscaping, but loves his new position and learning another part of our successful business. You will find Colin in his free time “glamping” on the weekends in the summer with his family and being a hockey parent in the off-season.

After hours, she enjoys winding down with a glass of red wine in the company of good friends and family.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph and is a Landscape Architect with full OALA Membership.

  • Natalya Pollock - “Plant Guru”

    Landscape Design. Project Management.

Natalya holds an Advanced Diploma in Landscape Design from Fanshawe College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology. Having spent several years working at a garden center throughout her undergrad, Nat brings extensive plant knowledge to the team and enjoys combining ornamental and native varieties to maximize ecological productivity, while not compromising on garden aesthetic. On weekends you can find Nat lakeside with a cold pint in hand!

  • Lane Charlton

    Site Supervisor. Project Management.

    Lane@muskokalandscapers.ca

Lane has been with ML for five years as a site supervisor. He has been involved with project management to create some space for the designers as our company grows. Lane loves the hands-on aspect of landscaping and the constant satisfaction from daily visual progress on the site. He also enjoys the unique features we get to build and the challenge of fitting them to the rugged Muskoka landscape. Lane’s typical weekends involve packing up his young family to explore new trails, lakes, and sports.

  • Eric Lee

    Site Supervisor

    Eric@muskokalandscapers.ca

This is Eric’s 3rd season at ML. He was born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario. This will be his 20th season in the landscaping industry. Eric and his wife have always wanted to move north as we enjoy the outdoors. Eric says working at ML has given them the opportunity to raise our son in beautiful Muskoka. “Love what you do and where you do it!”

  • Ryan Kennedy “Sunshine”

    Site Supervisor.

    Ryan@muskokalandscapers.ca

Ryan was born and raised here in Muskoka and started working with Muskoka Landscapers in 2013. He worked as a labourer for 3 years then took off for 4 years to serve as a combat engineer with the CAF. He has been back as a site supervisor for the past 2 years now and has loved working and growing with the company. “My wife and I have 2 amazing daughters that we love to get outside with and enjoy all that Muskoka has to offer whether that be going for hikes, snowshoes or camping. Outside of work I also enjoy getting out on my dirt bike or snowmobile, and hunting.”

  • Scott Pybus

    Site Supervisor.

    Scott@muskokalandscapers.ca

From Barrie, Scott has been with the team for 5 years. He specializes in island projects, driving the plow truck and touring backroads on the bike when the pavements dry.

  • Lyn Hunt

  • Jessica Kennedy

    Office Administrator

    accounting@muskokalandscapers.ca

Jessica joined the Muskoka Landscapers team in September 2020. She was born and spent most of her life in the Ottawa Valley Region. Jessica explains, “A Muskoka grown hunk/local/outdoorsmen drew me here. Nonetheless I immediately fell in love with the man & everything Muskoka has to offer! Being a girl mom of two, we spend a lot of time outdoors regardless of the season. My family and I spend most of our summer in the water or hiking local trails; in the winter we play puck & go sledding.”

  • Coconut

Coconut joined the team in 2020 and has since become an integral part of company. Serving as Parking Lot Security and Lunchroom Supervisor, ML’s office has never been safer or cleaner. In her spare time, Coconut enjoys taking long naps and short walks on the beach.

  • Beau

The ML team brought Beau on board 2 years ago to serve as the office watch dog. Since that position was evidently taken over by Coconut, you are more likely to see Beau supervising on the job site. When Beau isn’t commanding the attention of our hard-working crew, he enjoys short naps and eating out of unguarded lunchboxes.
